It takes usually between 1 - 2 weeks for
ordered products to arrive. |
| Can I sell The-Bunker some used items ? |

We only sell new repro items. So used products we
usually do not buy. However, it never hurts to try. |
| Are the uniform sizes in the shop European or American ? |

All German uniform sizes are European.
The
US clothing and boots are in US sizes. |
| How do I pay The-Bunker for my order ? |

1) By local- or international banktransfer (e.g. through internetbanking).
Bank transfers within the Euro zone are free of charges if you use
our IBAN code and BIC code (ask your bank if there are any further
conditions)..
2) By moneytransfer through PayPal (extra cost of
4%; please
wait for our invite), or
3) By moneytransfer through registered post
(obviously we cannot take responsibility for mail that gets lost). |

| Can items be exchanged if I ordered
the wrong size? |

That is certainly possible if you notify us
by phone or e-mail upon receipt of the products. We will then give
you the return address. After payment of the extra shipping cost and
upon receipt of the wrong items we will send the new package. Of
course, we don't take back used items. |
